The elephant's trunk has a complex language of its own, and this is the detail you would pay most attention when choosing an elephant as a feng shui cure (along with the color and materials, of course!) Elephant's trunk is both very sensitive and very strong as it is used for a variety of purposes - from drinking to picking food to greeting friends or warding off enemies. For most feng shui applications, the elephants are usually depicted with the trunk up, as this symbolizes the showering of good luck.

Pressed flowers add pretty, decorative touches to crafts, art work and home decor.

Greeting Cards:
Using pressed flowers on greeting cards, place cards and wedding invitations is a way to add your own personal touch. All you need to create your own cards are blank, white note cards, white glue, tweezers, toothpicks and the pressed flowers of your choice. Arrange flowers on the card first to see how they'll look. Use tweezers to pick up a flower, dip the toothpick in glue and apply a small amount to the flower, gently place flower back onto the note card and continue onto the next flower. Allow to dry and write your greeting or names and information around the flowers. For extra protection, cover cards with clear self-adhesive contact paper.

Photo Album: Decorate the front of a photo album. Protect flowers with contact paper, varnish or sealer.

 Stationary: Make pressed flower stationary by arranging beautiful pressed flowers around the border of a single piece of paper or however you like. Scan the final design and print several pieces. Trim if needed, provide envelopes and tie together with raffia and a small bunch of hang dried flowers.
Tin Container: Decorate a small tin container. Glue and encase flowers with varnish and/or sealer. Fill the tin with homemade bath powder, bath salts, or homemade treats from the kitchen.
Journal: Embellish the front of a homemade or store bought journal.
Light Switch Cover: Paint and then decoupage dried pressed flowers to a plain wooden or metal light switch cover.

Keepsake Box: Paint and then decoupage flowers to a plain wooden box. Put a meaningful or uplifting message or photo on the inside of the lid.

Abstract Flower Art: Use dried pressed flowers and leaves to make abstract butterflies, dragonflies and even fairies for the front your homemade cards, wall art or any of the items listed above. Use paint, twigs and other materials when needed.
Candles: Create personalized, decorative candles for your own home decor or for gift giving. You'll need candles, pressed flowers, small paint brush, white glue, a tin can, wax paper, pliers and para wax. Para wax is found in the canning section of your grocery store. Use the paint brush to apply a layer of white glue to the flower, place the flower onto the candle and gently press into place with your fingers. Wipe off any excess glue with a wet towel. Allow the glue to dry. Melt para wax by filling a large pot half way with water, bring to low boil. Place wax into a large can and place the can in the pot. Remove can when wax is melted. Using pliers, hold candle by the wick and dip into the para wax to seal the flowers. Let cool and dip a second time. Cool on wax paper.
